It is with great sadness that we announce that Loretta passed away peacefully Saturday morning at the Dorothy Ley Hospice in her 85th year.

Loretta was from a large family of 11 siblings, born in George Town, India. Loretta leaves behind a lasting legacy, predeceased by her beloved husband Ivan, and her beautiful daughter Mary (Peter); her sons Lester (Moira), Kevin and Keith. Dear Grandmother to Sarah, David, Eric (Montana), Meaghan, Melissa, Rachel, Anthony, Simona, Giuliana and Great Grandmother to Nora; and all the RIO Club extended family.

Loretta will always be fondly remembered for her radiant smile, remarkable memory and genuine hospitality.

Family and friends are invited for visitation at Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario Street (Hwy 10, N. of QEW), Mississauga, on Thursday, August 29, from 3-5 p.m. & 6-9 p.m.

The Funeral Mass will be at Nativity of Our Lord Roman Catholic Church, 480 Rathburn Road, (East of Hwy 427) Etobicoke, will take place on Friday, August 30, 2024, at 11am.

Committal Ceremony and interment at Assumption Catholic Cemetery, 6933 Tomken Road, Mississauga.

If desired, in lieu of flowers, contributions in Loretta’s name may be made to Parkinson Canada or the Dorothy Ley Hospice.
