Passed away peacefully, on Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at the age of 65.

Much-loved daughter of the late Michael and Pauline. Loving sister of Dennis, Michael (Cathy), and the late Randy and Joseph. Dear aunt of Keith, and Adam (Deanna); and great-aunt of Elise Claire.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Wednesday, November 8th, from 6-9 p.m. The Family would appreciate donations to John Gibson House, Linda received such great care for the past 5 years.

My deepest condolences to the family. I remember Linda when we were kids growing up. She always had a smile on her face. No matter what obstacles life would throw at her she was always smiling and never complaining. She will be truly missed. Rest in peace Linda.

Dear Michael and Cherneski family,
My heartfelt condolences for the passing of Linda.
While my dad was in the hospital a few years ago, I learned that Linda was on the same floor as my dad.
I went to visit her. At first, she didn’t want me to visit, but when I mentioned Michael and my brother being best friends she remembered that we went to school together! Linda let me embrace her. She moved over so that I could sit and visit! We reminisced about our school days.
Linda was a special soul! I always knew that she was pure!
Thank you Linda for allowing me to into your heart and that you gave the me the opportunity to talk, cry and laugh with you.
I will always remember that visit!
May God provide you with eternal peace and rest!
And for the Cherneski family, May God provide you all with comfort and the celebration of Linda’s life!
