In Celebration of

Linda Lepidas

June 1, 1956 -  January 20, 2025

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the untimely passing of our beloved Linda. She passed peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital and was loved dearly by her family. Linda is survived by her husband of forty-five years, Sam, her daughter, Victoria, and her mother, Carol. She was predeceased by her father, Bill.

Linda was born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, and spent much of her youth helping at the family restaurant. At the age of twenty-three she met Sam, with whom she shared an immediate and strong connection. Thrilled at finding someone with shared values, the two were engaged after three dates and married in under four months.

Linda spent her career managing her husband’s dental practice, where she enjoyed getting to meet and talk to new people each day. A warm-hearted and social person, she made the office a welcoming and fun place to be. Linda took many years off of work to raise Victoria, her pride and joy.

Above all, Linda loved spending time with her family and friends. Her husband, daughter, and mother were all blessed to have known her. Linda’s gentle, loving, and resilient spirit will not be forgotten by the many people whose lives she touched over the years.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 24, 2025 at 2 p.m. at Turner & Porter Neweduk Chapel (1981 Dundas St W), followed by a memorial service at 3 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Trillium Health Partners at https://trilliumgiving.ca/ or Lupus Canada at https://www.lupuscanada.org/

I was shocked and saddened to hear of the passing of my cousin Linda. I will always
Remember the strong connection we had in our younger years. Linda, along with her mom and dad will always invite us over just to hang out at their house, for some baked goods, and to talk about this and that.
I will always Remember her smile and laughter.
Rest in Peace my beloved cousin.
My deepest condolences to Carol, Sam and Victoria.

My deepest condolences to Sam, Victoria and Carol,
I came to help out recently, but in that time I had the opportunity to meet Linda, to spend afternoons in her company on days when she felt well. She was soft spoken, kind and such a pure soul. The light radiated from her and her quiet strength. Linda was funny, and had tender memories of her family who were her world . Stories of days gone by, anecdotes of the two cats.
In my mind she will always be sitting in her chair , with Leia the cat curled up at her feet, ever so caring asking about my life, my family. Her beautiful silky gray curtain of her, her kind face.

I pray for the gradual healing of this wonderful family from this immeasurable loss . ❤️
