Leon may your spirit live on forever. May you rest in eternal peace.
May Leon's Soul rest in everlasting peace.
Worked with Leon at 14 Division in the Plainclothes Office. He drove me home to Oakville one night when my car wouldn’t start. The only thing I had to offer him to drink was wine some Italian friends had made. It had been sitting around our house for quite a while. It was awful. Every time I saw Leon after that he would introduce me as ‘this is the man who tried to poison me!’ He even said it to me at my retirement party in 2006. We live out in BC now but I remember dropping by the new 14 Division and Leon was working at the front desk. Can you guess the first words he said to me? I think you can. Leon was a legend at 14 Division and was loved by everyone who knew him including myself. Feeling deep sorrow at his passing.
