Lawrence Adam “Larry” Lychowyd, passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at the age of 89.

Devoted husband of the late Bernice. Loving father of Larry Jr. (David Nimmo) and Suzanne (Harold Mah). Brother-in-law of Irene Gray (Michel Lessard).

Heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Shores of Port Credit, Credit Valley Hospital, Mississauga Trillium Hospital and the McCall Centre.

Friends may call at Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W. (Between Kipling and Islington Aves.), Etobicoke, on Tuesday May 20, 2025 from 6-9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Nativity of Our Lord, 480 Rathburn Rd., Etobicoke, on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 11 a.m. Interment St. George’s-on-the-Hill Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Alzheimer’s Society of Ontario would be appreciated.

Larry was my mentor while i was a student PHI in North York office and once again his daughter Suzie was my mentor while i was a student PHIi East York office.
Larry was neighbouring my son in Martin View house.
I used both Bernice and Larry while visiting my son.
Accordingly we developed friendship and we shared past time. My son used to see Larry more often than me for being neighbors .
