Peacefully, at home, on Monday, June 12, 2023 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of Alfonso for 57 years. Adored mother of Patricia (Donald), Cecilia (Wayne) and Claudia (Cristian). Much loved grandmother to Sergio, Andrea, Fernanda, Patricia. K, Patricia. P, and Mariela. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling & Islington Aves.), on Friday from 4-8 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, June 17, 2023 at 3 p.m.

Words cannot express how much I am going to miss hearing your voice, your laughter, and seeing your smile. You my beloved grandmother, kept the family united, always. You taught us the importance of family, self-love, and the importance to keep our faith strong. A piece of you will always remain alive in each and every one of us. Thank you for always supporting me and guiding me, I will never forget all our long conversations and the advice that you’ve given me through out my life. You will be missed by all, and remembered by many. I love you so much, forever and always.

Mami, thank you for always loving us unconditionally, you taught us how to be patient, you taught us how to care for one another, thank you for your advice, thank you for always sharing your stories with us, thank you for making us laugh, you were always so strong especially at the end. I know mi Papa would love to say thank you for your help and support in his trying times and he will miss you dearly.
Now that you have embarked on this long trip that will last an eternity, I want to say that you will be missed, I will not say goodbye, because at the end of my life here we will be reunited and we'll laugh like old times. Mami te AMO siempre

I would’ve never imagined that this day would come. That one day we would be saying our final goodbyes to you. Somehow I always thought that I would never lose you, but now I know that I know you are with God, I can finally say my last goodbye in peace. Te quiero mucho Abuelita. Thank you for all that you did for the family, thank you for what you did for me, and thank you for being you. Words cannot describe how much I’m going to miss you. I feel safer now knowing that you are watching over my family. My Angel, you are at peace now. Rest well, I love you. Te quiero con todo mi corazón, hasta pronto Abuelita.
