Passed away at Trillium Health Partners Credit Valley Hospital on Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at the age of 64. Beloved husband of Hyacinth. Loving father of Dwayne (Kristin), Melissa, and Jason (Jenna). Proud grandfather of Nyla, Jaylen, and June.
A private family visitation will be held, with cremation to follow. Due to the restrictions still in place surrounding COVID-19, attendance is limited to invited guests only. For those who wish, donations may be made to Trillium Health Partners.
