Keith Gregory

October 16, 1943 -  July 21, 2023

Keith passed away peacefully surrounded by his family in his 80th year on Friday, July 21, 2023, at Amica Little Lake, Barrie, Ontario.

He is predeceased by his loving wife Martha (nee Friesen) in 2021 and parents Royal and Edith (nee Burton) Gregory.

He will be greatly missed by stepdaughters, Shelley (Peter) and Karen (Grant); granddaughters, Tian (Mitch) and Ana and great grandson Oliver. Keith was the proud big brother of sister, Joyce (Nick) and brother Ken (Daisie). He will be fondly remembered by nephews, Kevin (children Katelyn and Shawn), Randy (Emma), Kyle (Wanessa) and niece, Kathryn (Mike) and sister-in-law Betty Smith and the Friesen family.

His long-time friend, from the age of sixteen, Gary (Marg) will miss his visits and phone calls.
Keith worked for CP Rail for over 30 years in their Calgary, Toronto and Montreal offices. In retirement, Keith was a voracious reader and enjoyed cottage life, boating, golfing, bowling, and travelling.

The family wishes to express sincere appreciation to all the staff at Amica for their kindness to both Keith and the family during his short stay with them.

Visitation will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 at Turner & Porter, Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor St. West at 10 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11 a.m., reception to follow. Interment Sanctuary Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or a charity of your choice.

Keith was a warm, kind and thoughtful person who cared lovingly for his wife, Martha, during her long illness even as his own health deteriorated. The comforting thought is that they will now be reunited.
