In Celebration of

Kathleen Allan

January 15, 1939 -  June 27, 2022

Kath passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 27 surrounded by loving family. She emigrated from London, England in 1962 and quickly became a proud Canadian citizen and leading-edge software instructor.

Kath was happily married to the late Dr. Ronald Allan for 50 years and is survived by her daughters Paula, Joanne, Ronda, son Jamie, sister Josie, and Ron and Kathโ€™s blended family. She will be sorely missed by her beloved grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews and nieces.

Kath loved to cook, sew and quilt โ€“ was always the best dressed, the life of the party, and an inspiration to us all. Rest easy, Mama Martini. You will be missed.

Friends and family may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel (2357 Bloor Street West) Wednesday, July 6 from 6 โ€“ 8 pm. Funeral service to be held in the Chapel on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 3 pm.
To watch a livestream of the service, please click the "Livestream" button at the bottom of this page.

Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Needless to say we are shocked and deeply saddened by Kath's sudden passing.
I always enjoyed her company, quick wit and sharing a glass of wine with her.
I will not be able to attend the Celebration of Life however please know my thoughts will be with you.
Rest in peace Kath.
