In Celebration of

Julian David Warrick

August 6, 1984 -  October 3, 2019

With his loving family at his side, he passed away peacefully at Dorothy Ley Hospice, Etobicoke, at the age of 35 following a courageous 22-month battle with cancer.

Much loved husband of Alexandra Warrick and father of Audrey Warrick and all of the Feghali family of Montreal.

Beloved son of David Warrick and Marilyn Warrick. Greatly missed by his brother John Warrick and wife Amy Warrick and daughters Lily, Chloe of Scottsdale Arizona; the family of Peter Warrick of Calgary; uncle Ian Warrick, aunt Kate and son Colin of Beaver Creek, Yukon; his aunt and uncle of Kelowna B.C., Perry and Deborah (Mills) Yardley, cousin Trevor and family; his uncle Warren Mills, cousin Sean, wife Heather and family.

He will also be greatly missed by the team led by Bliss Baker at Maple Leaf Strategies for his exemplary social and communications skills, dry wit, insight, and knowledge.

Most of all he will be remembered by all who knew him for his intellectual curiosity, love of learning and sense of humour.

Special thanks to Julian’s army, led by his best and much-loved friends, Marcus Jansen and Gabrielle Carrier. The family cannot thank you enough.

Thank you, Dr. Dhani, for your profound devotion to your profession and for humanizing the journey. Thanks also to Dr. Burkes, Anne and staff at outpatient oncology at Mt. Sinai and Dr. Burris and staff at Sarah Cannon Cancer Center, Nashville, for your personal and professional care.

A celebration of life will follow (most likely on October 20th). Details to come shortly.

My dearest Alex and Audrey,
I wish I could find the words to help you both. I am so lucky to have met such a warm, funny and loving man as Julian. Despite his own battles, he would take the time to check in and ask how we were doing, how we were feeling and he’d help with transitions or give us an extra set of hands when we needed it most. His humor was an added bonus to starting our day off right. Alexandra if you need anything ANYTHING at all be sure to let me know. I’ll do my best to help you and Audrey anyway I can. Sending you lots of love !!!!!!!!!!
