In Celebration of

Joseph Tobola

August 1, 1944 -  October 30, 2024

Joseph Tobola, 80 years of age, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family, in Mississauga on Wednesday October 30, 2024.

Beloved husband of Maria (nee Wilk), with whom he shared 58 years of married life. Beloved father to Helen (Allen), Margaret, and Mark (Stacey). Adored grandfather to Zofia, Maximillian, Nicole, Jeremy, and Daniel. Caring brother to Stanislaw and Janina and predeceased siblings Anna, Zofia, Maria, Andrzej, Jan, and Kazimierz.

A devout Catholic, long standing member of St. Casimir’s Parish, singing and praying faithfully, Joseph was strengthened in hope and faith for his final journey. Joseph is reunited with his parents, siblings, and dear friends, as well as with all his Heavenly friends he invoked during his life long prayers.

He cherished so many wonderful things throughout his life; singing in the choir, membership in the Knights of Columbus & St. Casimir’s Komitet, partaking in the Senior’s club, travelling and cruising the world, visiting his homeland, being the ultimate handyman and above all chatting up everyone he met and living the Balm beach cottage life! Joseph will be dearly missed by all his family and friends.

Wieczny odpoczynek racz mu dać, Panie, a światłość wiekuista niechaj mu świeci na wieki wieków. Niech odpoczywa w pokoju wiecznym. Amen

Dear Helen and Family,

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. While I didn’t have the privilege of knowing your father personally, I have heard so many wonderful things about him from those who did. It’s clear that he was a remarkable man whose kindness and warmth left a lasting impression on everyone around him.

During this difficult time, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. I hope you find comfort in the cherished memories you have and the love that surrounds you. My deepest condolences to all.
