March 12, 1931 - January 21, 2017

Passed away peacefully at Trillium Health Partners Mississauga, on Saturday, January 21, 2017 in his 86th year. Devoted husband of 60 years to Ana. Loving father of Irene (Boris) Ulcar and Barbara (John) Gabor. Cherished Stari Ata of Mark and Kristina Ulcar and Jessica, Michelle and Johnny Gabor. Survived by sisters Angela (late Frank) Balkovec and Ivanka (Leopold) Jakopin and extended family and friends. Friends and family may will be received at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N of QEW) on Wednesday from 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Miraculous Medal Church, 739 Browns Line, Toronto on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at 10 a.m. Entombment to follow at Assumption Cemetery. For those who wish donations may be made to Dom Lipa.

I never really knew Joze that well, not at all.
BUT, in any dealings I ever had with him - usually just a polite greeting or general enquiry about how things are going - I remember him being sincere and even-tempered. He always seemed to be a kind soul. Safe passage to the hereafter, Gospod Cemas.
