In sorrow and with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved, Joseph Afara on August 28, 2023 at the age of 74, surrounded by his family and loved ones at his home in Mississauga. Joseph will be greatly missed by his wife Samira, children, Georges & Dina, his grandchildren Natalia & Lamitta, his siblings; Leila, Issam, Lor & Kamal, his many nieces and nephews as well as many more extended family members and friends.

Joseph will always be remembered for his caring nature, infectious laugh and his sense of humour. He had a great enjoyment for people and was always willing to help anyone in need.

The list of those who miss him is a long one that speaks of his helpful and social nature.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Wednesday & Thursday, August 30 & 31, from 6-9 pm. Funeral Service will held in the Chapel on Friday, September 1, 2023 at 1 pm.

Interment Assumption Cemetery.
