Passed away at Sunrise of Mississauga, on Wednesday, December 2, 2020, at the age of 89.

Beloved husband of Antuerpia Maria Da Costa. Loving father of the late Grace Da Costa Gomes and of Ana Da Costa and her husband Ilias Kapetanios. Much-loved grandfather of Adam Da Costa Gomes, Eleni, and Nikolette Kapetanios. Dear brother of Abilio Da Costa and beloved brother-in-law, uncle, and godfather to many.

A private family service will be held, followed by interment at Streetsville Public Cemetery.

If desired, donations in Jose’s name may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
