In Celebration of

Jordon Robertson

September 23, 1977 -  November 25, 2022

It is with broken hearts and great sadness that the family is announcing the sudden passing of Jordon Robertson in his 45th year, following a courageous battle with pneumonia and Covid.

Jordon was born and raised in Etobicoke, attending Richview Collegiate and Humber College. He enjoyed a career first in hospitality at the Hyatt Hotel, then transitioning to real estate with Keller Williams. This suited Jordon’s insatiable desire to explore city neighbourhoods and to interact with a wide and ever-changing cross-section of people.

Jordon’s passions included sports, cycling distant trails along the waterfront and beyond, jogging through local parks and far-flung city streets, enthusiastically working out at the gym and golf games with friends. Well-loved for his kindness, big heart and generous spirit, Jordon always took great pleasure in being supportive and helpful to everyone. He greatly enjoyed the adventure of travel throughout Europe and Australia, as well as many trips to Mexico and Arizona and a recent sojourn into the rainforests of Peru for a retreat.

Jordon leaves his mother Rose Robertson, father Don Robertson, step-father Ted Swain, step-sisters Lynley and Joanna (Jesse), uncles Karl and Rolf (Marion), aunt Susan (John), cousins Kristin (Jim) and Paul (Lindsay), nieces and many dear friends.

A Memorial Visitation to remember Jordon’s life will be held on Sunday, December 4 from 2:00 – 4:00 pm at the Turner & Porter Funeral Home, 2357 Bloor St. West. Special thanks to the caring doctors and nurses in the ICU at St. Joseph’s Health Centre. For those who wish, donations may be made to the St. Joseph’s Health Centre.

Deep and heartfelt condolences to the family. I worked with Jordon at the front desk of the Park Hyatt Toronto for many years. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him. He always had your back and would do anything to make everyone’s job easier. RIP my friend.
