In Celebration of

Jolanta Kwiatkowski

May 31, 1955 -  September 16, 2024

With immense sadness it breaks our hearts to say that our dear mom and grandma, Jolanta Kwiatkowski, has passed away after her battle with cancer comes to an end. Jola is survived by her husband, Tadeusz, their two children Michael and Anna, her beloved granddaughter Emilia, her step grandson Jacob, her sister Wieslawa, and her daughter in law Anna. Jola was battling cancer for the last 5 months of her life, she put up a strong fight, but she was taken way too soon from us. Her last moments were spent with her family around her holding her hand, and with the upmost of love to send her off to heaven.

Jola was a ray of sunshine, a warm and kind soul, an individual who always spread love and joy across everyone she met. She always strived to be a welcoming and caring individual. Jola was also a strong woman, a woman that persevered through anything, she carried her family through the good and the bad that life through our way. She was the angel of our family, she held us together, showed us unconditional love and kept our spirits up constantly. She was a blessing to have in our lives. It was an absolute honor to have Jola as a mother, grandma, a wife and a friend. Life will not be the same without our dear Jola by our sides.

We thank The Dorothy Ley Hospice, where Jola spent the last few weeks of her life. The kind and caring staff made her last weeks on earth comfortable and easy. Supporting not only her through this incredible tough time, but also supporting her family as we visited her every day.

Jola has forever impacted our lives as we now carry on her wisdom, legacy and life lessons she always strived to teach us through her life.
