September 24, 1928 - March 26, 2021
Peacefully, on Friday, March 26, 2021 at Trillium Hospital, Mississauga, Ontario at the age of 92. Beloved husband to his late wife Ruth Penny for 68 years. Loving father to John and his wife Diane, Richard and his wife Kelly, Michael and the late Anne. Cherished Papa to Eric and his wife Jamie, Christopher, David, Scott and Monica. Survived by dear twin brother Joe and his wife Jean, as well as, sister Marie and her husband Roy Sims. Jack will be lovingly remembered by his extended family and friends.
A private family memorial service will be held at Turner & Porter Peel Chapel.
