In Celebration of

John O`Hara

May 26, 1942 -  June 27, 2020

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, Daddy, Papa, and friend, John O'Hara. He is survived by his wife, Virginia, his daughter, Jennifer, his son-in-law, Paul, and his two grandchildren, Elizabeth and Jack. For those of you who knew him, you knew that he was a gruff man who absolutely adored his family. He loved the theatre, and he spent many hours producing numerous productions. John was known for his overwhelming generosity to everyone he knew. His greatest joy was spending time with his beloved wife and travelling the world with his family and good friends. He was a powerful presence in our lives and the lives of all who knew him. He will be greatly missed.

There will be a celebration of his life for friends and family in the coming months.

I have lost a special friend. For almost 30 years, John was always there for me when I needed advice or guidance. He could be a grumpy and funny man who was so kind and he made you laugh at how he saw the funny side of life. He was the first person to show up when you needed help. I will always remember and miss you. My thoughts are with his beloved wife, Virginia and his family who he was devoted to.
