John passed away peacefully at Trillium Health Partners - Mississauga Hospital on September 17, 2019 at the age of 90 years. Beloved husband of Valerie. Loving father of Ingrid Sproxton (Howard) and Linda Lange (Gary McFadyen). Loving grandfather of Carolynn Burns (Peter), Christine King (Mike), Caitlin Shelly and Keenan Shelly, and loving great grandfather of Charlotte Gaudet, Morgan King, Shelby King and Jacob Burns. John was also loving "step" grandfather of Paul Sproxton (Sandra), Carolyn Morris (Jim), Skye McFadyen and Kenya McFadyen, and Grampa Lange to Jack Morris, Jennifer Sproxton and Alex Morris. Visitation will be at 12 noon on Saturday, September 21st, followed by the funeral service at 1 p.m. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Salvation Army, the Heart & Stroke Foundation or Trillium Health Partners Foundation.
