To my friend John and his family -- I'm so sorry about Joanne's passing. I enjoyed a wonderful friendship with Joanne and John. For a few years we lived in the same condo and shared many of the social activities together, as well as having long-standing family and "old friend" ties. Our times together are precious memories. I wish the entire Dekker family my love and condolences.

I will always hold a special place for Joanne and the Dekkers in my memories especially all the fun times we had together as we grew up as part of the Clarkson Road Presbyterian Church family. My thoughts are with you all at this time.
My father, Simon, sends his prayers too.
