In Celebration of

Joaquim Clemente Pedro

June 25, 1941 -  May 11, 2020

It is with great sadness that the family of Joaquim Clemente Pedro announce his passing in Mississauga on May 11, 2020, at the age of 78. Predeceased by his first beloved wife Florinda of 38 years.

He will be greatly missed by his current wife Rosalina Carvalho Esperanca of 16 years. Beloved father of daughter Isabel (Rick), and sons, Lionel, and David. Proud Avo of his precious grandchildren Joshua and Kylie. Dear brother of Amaro (Julia), Manuel (Laura), Maria (Jose), Jose (Salome), Adelina (Manuel), and Albina (Jose). Predeceased by his dear mother and father, Jose and Joaquina. He will be forever remembered by his numerous nieces and nephews, extended family and dear friends.

He had a passion for life and travel, and equally loved his homeland Portugal, and his second home Canada. But mostly he loved people, to laugh, and make others laugh. We will miss him dearly.

Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Joaquim to the Canadian Cancer Society.

Belle and I express our deep condolences for the loss of your father. This must be a difficult time and we hope you take comfort in remembering the good times you spent with him. On a personal note from us, he was a tremendous support and kind person who took time to help where he could. We will remember the fun times with him playing cards I partnerd with him and usally against my dad and tio Manuel and tio Olivio at our house on a Sunday afternoon.Good times. I dropped by his house with an invitation for my son's wedding just expecting to drop it off and leave. Well after a few beverages and remincing for over an hour we were laughing out loud. What a good person he was. He will be greatly missed
