In Celebration of

Jennifer Lynn (nee Wilmot) Lyon

December 10, 1964 - July 9, 2019

Passed away peacefully at Credit Valley Hospital on Tuesday, July 9, 2019 at the age of 54, following a brave battle with cancer. Her husband and sister were at her side when she passed. She will be dearly missed by her beloved husband Derek Lyon; sister Sandra and her husband, Greg Palmer; and nieces and nephews. Loving daughter of Edwin and Davina Wilmot.

A gathering to celebrate Jennifer will be held on Saturday July 27, 2019 from 1-3 pm at the Turner & Porter Neweduk-Erin Mills Chapel located at 1981 Dundas Street West in Mississauga. If desired, donations may be made to Acclaim Health, who supported Jennifer through her journey and her fight with cancer; or to Trillium Health Partners Foundation as they were a tremendous support as well.

Though i may only have briefly met Jennifer you could see the amazing spirit she had in her and the beautiful heart, I only wish i could have met her much sooner,
May her spirit and her memory live on in those around her and be a comfort to them.

My condolences to Jennifer's husband Derek, and Jennifer's family. Jennifer has always been a fighter and fought hard to the end.....she will be soaring in the skies like the birds.

Rest in peace Jenn.....its not goodbye, but till we meet again.
