In Celebration of

Jennie Elizabeth Cansfield

Passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by the love of her family, on Friday, January 7, 2022. Cherished daughter of Bill and Donna Cansfield, and adored sister of D’Arcy. Jennie is fondly remembered by her extended family, countless friends, parents and students.

A private family service was held. A celebration of Jennie’s Life will be held at a time when family and friends may gather together.

We would like to thank Dr. Warner, Dr. Mavrogiannis, the Dorothy Ley Hospice, CareHope Nursing Michael Lu, Jaspreet and Kamaljiit, two angels who cared so gently for Jennie.

Dear Bill, Donna & D’Arcy:

We are deeply saddened 😰to hear of Jennie’s recent passing. I have very fond memories of her from our time together, at Richview Collegiate Institute. Jennie was kindhearted, thoughtful, outgoing, friendly, bubbly and personable. She had such a vibrant personality and I always admired her because everyone loved 🥰 her. She was popular among anyone who had the pleasure of meeting her. She was a ray 🌈of sunshine. Her smile lit up the room. I still recall her running into my house 🏡 the night after our grade 13 formal exclaiming, “Carol! Carol! Your shrubs are on fire 🔥🔥🔥!!” Our formal fell on Victoria Day weekend and I hosted a graduation 👩🏻‍🎓 party 🎉with fireworks 🎇, the following evening. I will always cherish those memories…
