In Celebration of

Jason Zoffranieri

March 28, 1980 -  October 28, 2018

Jason passed away surrounded by peace and love at home on October 28, 2018 at the age of 38.
Much loved son to Christine and Jay. Big brother to Eric and Joey. Grandson to Iolanda (passed), Angelo, Lucy, Alexander (passed) and Frank (passed). Nephew to surrogate/second Mom Carole and Uncle Dom (passed) and an honorary brother to Josh.
A man that touched everyone he met and the strongest man many will ever know. He fought his fight with courage, bravery and strength. A man that never felt pity or asked why him. A man that put all others before himself. A man that all men should strive to be. A man that all loved so very much. A man that will never ever be forgotten.
One of Jason’s final requests was that, if you are comfortable, for everyone attending his visitation and services to attend in your favourite sports jersey as we all know sports was his life. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, that is ok as well.
We are also asking that children’s books are brought for ages 0-19 as donations for children’s hospitals and pediatric wards to help those kids that don’t always get to go home from the hospital. They will all be donated in Jason’s memory.

Our hearts are breaking along with yours at this sad, sad time. No one knows what it feels like to loose a child (no matter what age), unless it happens to them. Your heart is broken and it will never be whole again. You will learn to cope, that is all you can do. Just remember you have two other beautiful sons and they need you as they are hurting too. You also have family and good friends who are there for you to lean on. Don't be afraid to ask for help.
God Bless ,
Nick and Anna

There are never enough words to express our sorrow and the pain I share with you. We’ve been close friends for over 46 years and we will be here to support, comfort and love you now and forever.

Jason’s life was filled with so much emotion. All of our close friends who gave us a glimpse into Jason ’s wonderful character, spirit and accomplishments.
He brought such joy to everyone.

Mario and I loved speaking at length to Jason at the hockey games/Hersey Centre and at the hospital having coffee after Chemo treatments for the both.

Countless times sitting watching hockey at your place, rollerblading in our basement are few or many memorable moments; now are so grateful to have spent those moments with him.

Jason’s words as illustrated in his positive outlook on life dealing with cancer. Jason was a astonishingly beautiful inside and out.

He was an extraordinary son, brother and friend to all. He will be sadly missed
We love you.
