In Celebration of

Jason Foster

February 4, 1971 -  October 19, 2025

With broken hearts, we share the sudden and unexpected passing of our beloved husband, father, son, stepson, uncle, nephew, cousin, “brother”, and friend, Jason Foster, age 54, of Mississauga, ON, who left us on October 19, 2025.

Jay was born on February 4, 1971 in Hamilton, ON. From the very beginning, he was known for his kindness, sense of humour, and deep love for family. Family was everything to Jason. He poured his heart into creating a loving home, where laughter, support, and togetherness were always at the center. Whether it was cheering on his boys at their activities, or spending quiet evenings surrounded by loved ones (and the sports on TV), Jay found joy in every shared moment.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Sherri, their cherished children, Evan and Kyle, stepdad Alan, and a large circle of family and friends who will forever carry their love for him in their hearts.

A celebration of Jason’s life will be held on November 3, 2025 at the Turner & Porter Neweduk Chapel from 1-4 p.m. Family and friends are welcome to come together to share memories and honour the beautiful life he lived.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Habitat for Humanity, or that you take a moment to hug your loved ones and tell them how much they mean to you — just as Jay always did.

Though Jason’s time with us was far too short, his love, laughter, and spirit will live on forever in those who were lucky enough to know him.

Jason was an awesome person and would give the shirt off his back to anyone who asked. He would also call you out if it was needed. I played football with Jay for 15 +years. He was one of the best defenders I have seen. He will be missed. I’m sorry I can’t be there.

May Jason's kind soul rest in eternal peace.
May Sherri find the courage and strength to take forward J's legacy.
May Evan and Kyle tread the path carved by their dad to make him proud.

Sherri, J. will always remain your guardian angel.
🙏❤

Jason was my younger cousin, he was definitely " a family first" kind of guy! The memory that stands out the most is when I was in grade school and he would be waiting outside of the school with quarters in his hand so we could go to the "candy apple man" on our way home!
I am sure he is with his mother, father and the rest of the family looking down on all of us and will always be!

Jason’s mom was my mother’s sister. I remember the summer he spent at our place.
