February 15, 1985 - June 18, 2020

Passed away on June 18, 2020 of medical issues, at the age of 35. Beloved son of Edward and Barbara. Much loved brother of Ryan and his wife Cheryl. Dear grandson of Irene Bialek and Mary Kapica, and the late Ben Kapica and Antoni Bialek. Cherished nephew of Stan Kapica and Diane Scott (Martin). Loving godfather to Josh. Dear friend of his many cousins. Private visiting and services will be held Thursday and Friday, followed by interment at Assumption Cemetery. A public celebration of life to be held at a later date. If desired, donations may be made to a charity of your choice.
