At just after midnight on Wednesday, March 26th our dearly beloved mother Janina passed away peacefully.

She will be deeply missed by her daughter Bonnie, and sons Ed (Agie) and Joe (Krystyne). She is predeceased by her husband Joseph and son Stanley.

She loved her grandchildren immensely Victoria (John), Alexandra (Pat), Michelle, Michael (Kaleigh), Nicole and loved to see them prosper and grow to the beautiful people they are today. Delighted at the news of being a great-grandmother to Sophia, Finn and Theo.

She was a very hard worker and an incredible cook, an avid gardener she loved her flowers and vegetable garden she tended to from spring to fall. Not one to sit idle always on the go she found time to travel back home to Poland to see her sister, brothers and family. Her last trip in 2009.

She was a dedicated church goer seldom, if ever, missing Sunday mass.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Thursday, April 3rd, from 6-9pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Stanislaus Kostka Church, 12 Denison Avenue, on Friday, April 4th, at 10am. Interment to follow at Park Lawn Cemetery.
