It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Janie Carrabs on Sunday January 8, 2023 at the age of 71. Loving mother to Leslie (Doug Adamson) and Steven; devoted sister to Robert and the late Billy. Much loved grandmother to Cole, Reid, Georgia, Lake, and Theodore.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Kipling & Islington Ave.) on Monday January 16, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Nativity of Our Lord, 480 Rathburn Rd, Etobicoke (between Renforth Dr. & The West Mall) at 11 a.m. on Tuesday January 17th. Reception to follow. For those who wish, donations may be made to Canadian Cancer Society.

I can't even say how much I am going to miss you my dear. Growing up so close in age we certainly got into so much trouble. You and Linda tried to teach me how to smoke...that was a choking event lol. Living at opposite ends, but we always seemed to get together. We always looked after each other and never thought anything of it. We laughed, we cried, we ate chips, we drank tea and we even had you do Snap Chat = that was funny. It's not going to be the same that's for damn sure. I will miss you more than I can say in words. I love you. You are now at peace and catching up with the our family in heaven. Give them my love and I will see you when the time is right. Until then Hugs my dear. I love you and miss you more.
