My deepest condolences to Stephanie, Archie and family. Janice had the best laugh and craziest sense of humour. I will forever remember my many sleep overs with her and our many monthly restaurant dinings in the past. Say hi to everyone up in heaven. Rest in Peace Janice. XO šš»ā¤ļø
I remember aunt Jan as a young girl delighting me with chicken nuggets (my first memory) as we sat in front of the TV watching cartoons while I visited my grandparents.
As we both aged, our relationship became less of Aunt/Niece and more of a genuine friendship. We talked often as Jan drove home from work. Our trips to Disney World will stay with myself and Emma for the rest of our days. Iām beyond grateful Emma had a strong bond with Jan full of love and laughter. Our memories will help through our grief.
I know in my heart, my grandparents will be there to tell Jan she arrived to soon as they welcome her with open arms.
I will miss Jan tremendously.
I have so many fond childhood memories of Jan, from visits to the cottage, family Christmas gatherings. She always lit a room when she walked in with her vibrant personality & that beautiful laugh..
Sending love and condolences to Stephanie, Archie, Eileen ,Natalie & Emma & all friends & her many co workers at the King Nursing home..š©·
Rest in peace Janice. My deepest condolences to your family.
One Christmas in the past Auntie Hilda , Uncle Ernie and Jan came to our house. I had the bright idea to buy several bottles of wine and a bottle Sake. Jan and I tasted several bottles (and I mean tasted). A few hours later and in a bit of a haze we decided to try the Sake. Not a good idea. The next day (more like late afternoon) I called Jan to see how she was feeling. Not good she said I think we drank way too much. Must have been the Sake I said and she agreed. Needless to say neither of us ever tried Sake again. But had some great Laughs about the wine tasting.
