With deep love and sadness, we announce the passing of Janice Patricia Dale, age 72, on August 24, 2025, at Ian Anderson House in Oakville, Ontario. Janice was born in Winchester, England, and lived a life filled with compassion, kindness, and devotion to her family.

Janice dedicated many years of her professional life to World Vision Canada, where her caring spirit and desire to help others touched countless lives. In her retirement, she found joy in simple and meaningful moments such as tending to her garden, crafting, sharing heartfelt conversations with friends, and cherishing time spent with her grandchildren.

She will be remembered for her kindness, compassion, and selflessness, always putting the needs of others before her own. Her gentle presence and warm heart left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of knowing her.

Janice is survived by her loving husband, Larry; her daughters, Leah and Katherine (David); and her cherished grandchildren, Evalynn, Maxwell, and Zachary. She was predeceased by her eldest grandson, Mason, whom she now joins in eternal peace.

In keeping with Janice’s giving nature, the family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in her memory.

Details regarding a celebration of Janice’s life will be shared with family and friends at a later date.
