Jan’s family is heartbroken to announce his sudden passing at home, on September 14, 2023 at the age of 70.

Cherished partner of Danuta Porochonska for 32 years. Predeceased by his step-children Henryk and Agnieszka. He leaves behind his son Konrad and daughter Aneta, and four cherished siblings in his home country of Poland.

Friends may call at the Turner & Porter "Peel" Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Tuesday, September 19, 2023 for 6-9 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at St. Maximilian Kolbe 4260 Cawthra Road Mississauga, on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 at 9:30 am.

Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery.
