It is with great sadness the family announce the passing of Jadvyga. Peacefully, on Friday, November 9, 2018, at St. Joseph’s Health Centre, Toronto, she said goodbye to all who loved and cared for her. Beloved wife of the late Adolfas. Loving mother of Al and his wife Dana, and the late Ron, grandmother to Remy and her husband Geoff and great grandmother to Jake. During her 94 years she nourished people with her love and kindness and always preferred to give and not take. She especially loved and cherished her granddaughter Remy and was thrilled to meet her great grandson Jake. She will always be in the hearts of family and friends. Special thanks to the wonderful staff at Labdara Nursing Home. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy. 10, N. of QEW) on Wednesday from 1-3 & 6-8 p.m. Prayers 7 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at Lithuanian Martyrs Church, 2185 Stavebank Rd. Mississauga, on Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 11 a.m. Interment St. John’s Lithuanian Cemetery. If desired, remembrances may be made to Labdara Nursing Home or the Sick Kids Foundation.
