It is with deep love, and great sadness that the family of Jacek announces his passing at 10:30 p.m. on Monday, January 28, 2019 at the age of 74. Lifelong friend and loving husband of Grazyna for 46 years. Beloved father of Ola and Marta and much loved brother to Agnieszka, of Poland.
Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street W, Toronto on Monday, February 4, 2019 for a Service of Remembrance in the Chapel at 3 p.m. with visitation one hour prior, and followed by a reception.
