Hugo Hack

1930 ~ 2018
It is with heavy hearts that the Hack family announce the passing of Hugo, at age 87 on January 9, 2018. Hugo/Opi passed away unexpectedly with his loving wife Mitzi (Maria) of 64 years by his side. He will be fondly remembered by his children, daughter Inge (Bill) and his son Richard (Diane); his Grandchildren Michael, Lori (Dan), Ryan (Liz), and Alex (Alexina); his four Great Grandchildren Travis, Logan, Ava and Tyler, extended family and many friends. We are grateful for having Opi in our lives. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by the many people who knew him. Condolences will be received at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., (between Kipling & Islington Aves.) Etobicoke, on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held at the Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2379 Lake Shore Blvd. (between Royal York and Park Lawn Roads), Toronto, on Monday January 15, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. Reception to follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations to Martin Luther Evangelical Lutheran Church or the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada would be appreciated.
