Howard Crawford

October 6, 1927 - December 15, 2018

Passed peacefully, on Saturday, December 15, 2018, at the Credit Valley Hospital, at the age of 91. He will be dearly missed by the love of his life Rita Darcy, who affectionately referred to him as her “perfect man” for 42 yrs. Her 6 children and 17 grandchildren thought of him as a beloved & highly esteemed honorary member of their family. He will be fondly remembered by his sister Mary (Bob) Humphreys. Predeceased by his brother Allan (Barb) Crawford, his sister Ruth (Cal) Travis and his nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family and dear friends.

Friends may visit at the Turner & Porter “Neweduk-Erin Mills” Chapel, 1981 Dundas St. W., Mississauga (just east of Erin Mills Pkwy) on Saturday, December 29, 2018, from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm.

If desired, remembrances may be made to a charity of your choice.

Such a delightful man to be around. Funny, smart, so friendly. Howard had a way of making you feel like you were an old friend. He will be greatly missed.

Howard was a kind, caring man with a wonderful sense of humour. My mom and dad had some fun and wonderful times with Howard and Rita. He will be missed terribly by all who knew and loved him.
