In Celebration of

Horacio Pereira

April 20, 1959 -  May 9, 2021

On Mother’s Day our beloved father Horacio Pereira passed away at the age of 62. He now is resting and watching over us. No more suffering. He leaves behind his wife Olga Pereira, son Jason Pereira, daughter Stephanie Pereira and grandson Winston Pereira Miguel.

Our father always enjoyed working on his garden and also his children’s garden. He now is a flower blooming in heaven.

God looked around his garden
And found an empty place.
He then looked down upon the earth, and saw your tired face.
He put His arms around you
And lifted you to rest.
God’s garden must be beautiful,
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering,
He knew that you were in pain.
He knew that you would never
Get well on earth again.
He saw the road was getting rough
And the hills were hard to climb.
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered “Peace be thine.”
It broke our hearts to lose you
But you did not go alone
For part of us went with you
The day God called you home.
We love you dad. Rest In Peace

My dear father, I know we always had a bumpy relationship, but you had demons you have been battling all your life. Now you’re at peace. No worries, no pain, no suffering, no demons to battle. God is now protecting you. I love you more than you know and I should’ve said it more. Keep a watchful eye over us. But most importantly enjoy the peace you now have found, no one deserves it more than you. Rest at peace knowing I will care for mom and Steph. We will see you again. Until then bask in the paradise you now call home.. I love you...

Sweetest Horacio,

As difficult as it is to say goodbye, and as much as we will miss you, I take comfort in knowing that you are no longer suffering and in pain. You were such a kind soul who loved your family and pets so much. Thank you for always making me feel welcome in your home and taking me in as a member of your family. I know how much you loved Nala and Taco and they loved you even more! I will always remember the times we shared together and I know we will meet again. Rest In Peace.

Love Elyse
