I feel fortunate to have met him.
Now he is resting in peace. Smiling with no pain., looking after his beautiful wife from heaven. The sky has one more humble star. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Long time friend
Leon and I went through Jarvis Collegiate together. I remember us hanging out together after school, sometimes at Central YMCA and occasionally at Karry's Billiards which was near his home on Dundonald Street. He was a better pool player than me. I only saw Leon a few times after we graduated. I believe he was studying electronics at Ryerson then
.
Leon, you've left a lasting impression on my life, you were such an important friend, mentor and sponsor. I will miss our weekly talks, phone calls and the special connection that we had. You'll be missed by so many people that you've helped on your journey through life. You're a good guy Leon, God wants good things to happen to you and this is only the beginning.
I am so saddened by the loss of Leon, Pat.
I know he was a wonderful partner for you for 60 years.
I also know that he had been seriously ill for some time and he is now at peace.
Deepest sympathy in your loss!
Anne
