Herculano Botelho

October 31, 1944 -  March 29, 2025

Herculano Botelho, age 80, loving father of three children, Susete, Gary and Chris and adoring wife Eduarda Botelho passed away in the early hours of March 29. Herculano was born to parents Manuel and Beatrice, on October 31, 1944 in Burgueto, Lomba de Maia, Acores, Sao Miguel, surrounded by his twin brother Manuel and three sisters, Sophia, Assis and Maria Jose.

He married the love of his life, Eduarda and came to Canada to start their lives together. He is the proud grandfather of five grandchildren, Kyle, Ryan, Noah, Emily and Jeremy. Herculano loved to travel with his wife, his kids and his entire Winterfest family. He was known to tell jokes, and he loved riding his scooter. He will be greatly missed by his extended family but especially his children and grandchildren who adored him with all their hearts.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of my family in Canada. May my uncle rest in eternal peace with all those we have lost along the way. Tia Eduarda, Suzy, Gary and Chris Im tremendously sorry for your loss. I hope you know though far you are all in our thought and prayers and we are all mourning with you.
