In Celebration of

Helene Nalezny

October 14, 1932 -  April 19, 2023

It is with extremely heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hélène Nalezny, on April 19, 2023. She was 90 years old. Born in France she came to Toronto, Canada in the late 1950s.

Hélène was preceded in death by her husband Tadeusz, her son Richard, and her daughter Juliet. Her survivors include daughter Lillian, son-in-law John and granddaughters Heather and Michelle.

Hélène touched many hearts and will be sadly missed by all those lucky to have known her.

A Viewing will be held on Monday April 24, 2023 from 6pm - 8pm at Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, Toronto, ON.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday April 25, 2023 at 10am at St. Casimir's Church, 156 Roncesvalles Ave., Toronto, ON. The Rite of Committal and Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery in Woodbridge, ON.

Lillian, I am sorry to hear about your mom. It’s almost been 4 years since I was at Kingsview ( not counting the protests outside the school in sept 2019 ) , but I have a lot of good memories of working with you. So I am sending you and your family my condolences.
