Died peacefully on June 4, 2024 at age 96.

She is survived by her loving daughter Phyllis Louise and husband Patrick McCaul, two cherished Grandsons Michael Monings (Jennifer), Daniel Monings, and adored Great Granddaughters River Anne and Willow Marie.

Helen had class, style, grace, and elegance. She had an infectious smile, kind eyes, and was the matriarch of our family. She was a devoted Wife, loving Mother, Nona, Great Grandmother and Aunt to many.

She ran the long race, brought us all joy, and was the heart of our universe.

In keeping with Helen’s wishes there will be no funeral or visitation.

Thank you for the love and prayers.

In lieu of flowers donations to Trillium Health Partners would be appreciated

We never met Helen, but we have become friends via her daughter Phyllis .
She has led an exciting life, been much loved, and contributed to her extended family with love and enthusiasm .
More recently she has enjoyed the added joy of befriending daughter Phillis’s adorable puppies, first of all Jack, and then more recently Cooper.
Always with a smile on her face, and a cocktail in her hand she brought joy to everyone who she came into contact with.
Rest in peace, you will be sadly missed.
With love, John & Mary.

I had the good fortune of knowing Helen for many years, albeit not seeing her often enough in recent times apart from getting together for lunch in May of last year.
She had a very positive outlook on life and shared that with you. A caring and thoughtful person in all aspects of her life.

On behalf of the Zanibbi family our sincere condolences to her family.
