This week we said goodbye to an absolute legend—my Great Aunt Helen, who passed away at 102. She was truly the life of every family party, full of laughter, silliness , mischief, and a spark that never dimmed. If you ever had the joy of meeting Aunt Helen, you didn’t forget her.

I can only imagine the celebration happening in heaven right now. They’ve waited a long time to welcome her, and I’m sure the party up there just got a whole lot louder—and a lot more fun!

Visitation will be held at the Turner & Porter Yorke Chapel, 2357 Bloor Street West, on Thursday, May 22, 2025 from 6 to 8 p.m. A private interment will take place.
