Peacefully, at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, on Sunday, January 9, 2022, at the age of 97. Predeceased by her beloved husband Alexander, her brother Nestor Chopiany, and her sister Leslie Kokelj. Devoted and loving Teta to her many nieces and nephews. Helen was grateful for the care and support from her niece Patricia, nephew Jerry and his wife Irene, whom she loved dearly. She will be greatly missed by her extended family and friends in Canada, USA and Ukraine.

Friends will be received at the Turner & Porter Peel Chapel, 2180 Hurontario St., Mississauga (Hwy 10 N. of Q.E.W) on Friday, and a Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday January 15, 2022: due to the COVID restrictions, all guests must register their attendance in advance using the link provided below (times will be provided through the link). Should you wish to attend the Panahyda, please select the 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm registration option.

Interment to follow the service, at St. Volodymyr's Cemetery.
