January 7, 1929 - May 20, 2021

Passed away peacefully at Providence Care Hospital in Kingston, on May 20, 2021, at the age of 92.

Beloved wife of the late Lawrence Frederick. Loving mother to Richard (Dawn), Patricia (Robert) and Gregory (Ronna). Cherished grandmother of Dana, Amy, Richelle, David, Brent, Breanne, Katelyn, Marc, Joseph, Sarah, and Matthew. Adored by her twelve great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

A private family funeral will be held with interment at Springcreek Cemetery.

I didn’t get to spend much time with my Aunt Helen but so appreciated the time we shared. She was a strong Besharah woman, a kind soul, a caring Mother, Grandmother and Aunt. I am honoured to have had her as my Aunt and to bear her name. She was dearly loved and will be greatly missed by so many. Rest In Peace Aunt Helen. xox
