My deepest condolences to Otto and the entire family. Heidi was the epitome of class, elegance and the best example of service excellence delivery! When you boarded a plane and saw that Heidi was the Service Director you knew immediately you were about to receive the most personalized, luxurious service. She ran a tight team and worked hard to deliver only the best. Here’s a Heidi quote, “ Perfect practice makes perfect .” That was Heidi. Absolutely perfect!

My dearest Otto, and family, I am so very sad to hear of Heidi's passing. She fought a very tough fight, and was an amazingly brave woman, as we all know. Heidi was most foremost a cherished friend, and a highly respected colleague. We started on the ground together and then worked in inflight together. Heidi was a joy, loved by so many, and will be sorely missed. My deepest condolences to you Otto and all of your extended family. Pam
