In Celebration of

Harry Pais

June 5, 1957 -  January 20, 2020

Harry B. Pais, 62, passed away on Monday, January 20, 2020 at Trillium Health Partners - Mississauga Site. He died peacefully surrounded by those he loved.

He leaves his wife Gita Pais, daughter Meena Da'Silva and husband Raymond, son Granville Pais and wife Sandra; daughters Nish Morgan and husband Kevin, Brenda Pais, and Billie Pais, grandchildren Nicole, Rayann, Isabelle and Nicolas.

Harry also predeceases his siblings Gilbert Pais and wife Wilma, Victor Pais and wife Celine, Louisa Nair and husband Mohan, Gracious Pais and wife Shalet and brother-in-law Rudolf Almeida.

Harry was born in Mumbai, India in 1957. In 1981 he married Gita and they lived in Bahrain for 10 years working as an accountant. In 1988, Harry moved to Canada to provide a better life for his family. Harry officially started Bar Codes and Creative Designs Inc. in 1991 which continues to operate successfully today.

Some of Harry's past times included watching Jeopardy daily, gardening in the spring and summer, watching his horses train and race and binge-watching Netflix. Besides that, he loved to spend time with his friends, enjoy fine dining and dancing to Michael Jackson. Harry was an ambitious man, who was always hungry for a challenge and love to take risks. He lived his life in the moment, and always reassured people if it is meant to be, it will happen.

His life will be celebrated after the burial at the Pais Residence.

In lieu of flowers, we ask you to make a donation to either Trillium Health Partners or Toronto General & Western Hospital Foundation - Francis Family Liver Clinic.
