Harold "Ross" Jarmain

October 8, 1933 - December 3, 2021

Passed away peacefully with family at his side, at Humber River Hospital, on Friday, December 3, 2021, at the age of 88. Predeceased by his beloved wife of 60 years, Grace (2017). Loving father of Doug (Lorraine), Jeff (Shari), and Dawna (Gord). Proud grandfather of Andrew, Cameron (Layla), Sarah, Ryan (Lisa), Harrison, Matthew, Anne and Kelsey. Ross was a proud Chartered Accountant for 57 years, working right to the end. He was passionate about his Muskoka cottage on Lake of Bays, family, friends, cars, boating, tennis, golf, and travel. Friends may call at the Turner & Porter Butler Chapel, 4933 Dundas St. W., Etobicoke (between Islington & Kipling Aves) on Friday, December 10, 2021 from 2-4pm & 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, December 11, 2021 at 11am. Interment Prospect Cemetery. For those attending the service, proof of vaccination (QR code) is required, along with photo ID. Masks are mandatory and contact tracing info must still be provided. For those who wish, donations may be made to the Lung Association. Online condolences may be made through www.turnerporter.ca.

Doug, Jeff, Dawna and families. We were so sad to hear the news of Uncle Ross's passing. Take some comfort knowing we are very fortunate to have people in our lives so full of integrity, dignity and devotion to their family, like Uncle Ross. We will miss him dearly. I first met Ross back in the 1960s and I was saddened to learn of his passing. My condolences to his family. I thoroughly enjoyed all of my business contacts with Ross and particularly a couple of fabulous weekend with him at Lake of Bays.
