It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, and hero Guido Palmieri, who left us peacefully on October, 28th at the age of 72.
Guido was born on June 2nd, 1953 in Mondragone, Caserta, Italy, and from the very beginning he filled the world around him with kindness, laughter, and love. He had a generous heart, a quick wit, and a quiet strength that touched everyone who knew him.
Guido was a masterful contractor, turning homes into works of art with his “golden hands”. From intricate tile work to stunning kitchens and bathrooms, his craftsmanship reflected the same care, precision, and love he brought to every part of life. Every project he completed carried a piece of his heart and his immense pride, leaving a legacy that family, friends and clients will admire for years to come.
He was devoted to his family, his greatest joy. Whether it was sharing stories around the table, offering wise advice, or lending a helping hand, Guido made each person feel valued and loved. His warmth and steady presence were a gift to all who had the privilege of knowing him.
Guido is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Anna, his children Clent and Rita (Mason). He will be deeply missed by his sister Rita, along with his brothers Aldo (Maria), Bruno (Lucy), Henry (Susie), and sister-in-laws Adriana and Giovanna. Predeceased by his parents Antonio and Adelina, brothers Clemente, Salvatore, and Francesco, who welcomed Guido with open arms in eternal rest.
Guido also shared a special bond with his brothers and sisters-in-law, Angela (Nino), Franco (Marcy), Arcangela, Emilia (Curtis), and Paolo. Prededeceased by his father-in-law Lorenzo, mother-in-law Maria, and brother-in-law Gaetano (Rosetta).
Guido was deeply grateful for the love and connection he shared with his step-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews, and close friends who were like family.
Guido’s life was a reflection of love for family, for friends, and for the simple joys of every day. Guido believed in kindness, faith, and the power of togetherness leaving behind a gift that will live in the hearts of all who were blessed to know him.
