In Celebration of

Glendene Marie Tutton

July 15, 1947 -  December 31, 2023

Dear daughter of the late Robert and Muriel Tutton; beloved partner of Kenneth Walton; cherished sister of Carolyn Manuel and Virginia Tutton; loving aunt to Jeffrey (Debra) and Sheri Manuel (Tony); proud great-aunt to Gregory, Danielle and Jessica Manuel.

Glendene had 7 Passions: Faith, Life, Family, Friends, Music, Travel and Reading. Her favourite place to be was Walton’s Paradise on Parry Island, Parry Sound with her loving partner, Ken.

Family and friends are invited to her Celebration of Life to be held on February 2, 2024 at 11:00 am at Islington United Church, 25 Burnhamthorpe Rd with Reception to follow. Glendene’s wishes are that her Celebration of Life be just that – a celebration of life, love, hope, joy and laughter. She welcomes your wearing of colour.

In lieu of flowers, you are welcome to donate to a charity of your choice.

Dear Ken, Carolyn and Virginia, family, and friends;

We were very sorry to hear of your loss. We had the pleasure of seeing each other last; more recently at Mom and Dad's anniversary in 2019 and previously at Dad's birthday party. Glendene always exuded a youthful, warm, and vibrant energy; whether talking about family or travels or other, or inquiring about others.
We send our love to you all at this time. May the love and support of family and friends, prayers, and memories help provide all of you with strength at this time of grief, and bring comfort in the blessings of knowing and sharing life together.

Our Love,
Bruce Meiklejohn, Leanna Belluz, Halina Meiklejohn

We will miss our dear cousin, Glendene so very, very much. We always cherished the family memories, our discussions on our genealogic background, our lunch gatherings, the hugs, the laughter, and the pictures that followed.
We will continue to cherish the times we spend with Ken and family that will help to always think and remember you.
May your Spirit be with us to help maintain those connections and may we smile from time to time as we remember your email funnies and words of wisdom.
Always Remembered and Loved.
Denton and Marilynne Meiklejohn
