Gladys Theresa Curley

September 11, 1940 -  July 30, 2024


Peacefully, with her family by her side, on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at Trillium Health Partners - Mississauga, at the age of 83. Beloved wife of the late Eugene (Gene) Curley. Devoted and much-loved mom to Ann Marie (Blair) Craig, Karen Curley and Jim Curley. Adored and cherished nana to Brendan (Riley), Nathan and Aidan (Grace) Craig; Andrew, Martin (Sarah) and Grace Curley and Sarah Porter. Gladys will be missed by her sisters Avila (the late Gordon) Taverner, Thelma (Merlin) Kelly and Marlene (the late Raymond) Hughes, brother-in-law John (Anne) Curley and sister-in-law Anita (Neil) MacLean and many nieces and nephews.

Predeceased by her loving parents Seymour and Blanche Hughes, parents-in-law James and Rose Curley, sister Elinor (Thomas) Mahood, brother Edward Hughes, sister-in-law Theresa (Andy) Renney, and brothers-in-law Joe (Kay) Curley, Melvin Curley, Harold Curley, Cecil (Paula) Curley and nephews Brad and Wayne Curley and Neil and Barry MacLean.

Gladys’s family extends their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Amica City Centre and Trillium Health Partners.

Gladys will be deeply missed and forever loved and remembered.

A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 921 Flagship Dr., on Thursday, August 8, 2024 at 11 a.m.
