February 23, 1944 - March 1, 2025

Passed away with her daughter by her side, in her 81st year on March 1, 2025. Predeceased by her beloved husband of 42 years, Albin Zacharyasz. Loving mother of Eva Zachary (Tim Ruttan) and devoted Babcia of Katarina and Anastasia. Survived by her brother Chester Schippke (Sylvia); remembered by niece Julia and nephews Robert and Daniel Schippke. Sadly missed by friends and extended family.

A celebration of life will be by invitation at a later date.

We are so sorry to hear about Mom's passing. She was a beautiful woman with a kind and thoughtful soul. We shared many great stories and memories for over 40 years in the salon and in Cos's chair. Her favourite topic was how proud she was of Eva and her grandchildren of the many accomplishments they achieved.
Gizela will be missed and always in our hearts.
